    • Public Steam ID — We use this to identify you on the Steam platform and on Bot.tf.
    • Public Steam name — We use this so we know what to call you.
    • Public Steam inventory — We use this to process any trade offers we send to you.
    • Public Steam avatar — We use this to display along with your public Steam name.
    • Public Steam level — We use this to prevent fraud.
    • Your Steam account creation date — We use this to prevent fraud.
  • Your email address — We use your email address only for communication purposes, for example when your subscription is about to expire or a confirmation of your order.
  • Your Steam trade offer link — We use your Steam trade offer link to send you trade offers through the Steam platform. You can always revoke our access to send you trade offers by regenerating a new trade offer link here.
  • Your IP address — We use your IP address only for logging purposes and to identify possible alternative accounts.
  • Your mobile phone number — We only use and store this to recover your account if you have two-factor authentication enabled.
  • Your Discord ID — We use this ID to send you messages on Discord and to sync your Discord roles. We only collect this information when you have linked your Discord account at https://bot.tf/discord. You can unlink your Discord account at any time.
  • Your Pushbullet access token — We use this access token to send you notifications on Pushbullet. We only collect this information when you have linked your Pushbullet account on the control panel. You can unlink your Pushbullet account at any time. You can also revoke our access at any time on your Pushbullet connected apps settings.
  • Chat messages you send to the bots — We only use this to process any chat commands, all chat messages are removed after 24 hours.
  • Your API requests — This data is deleted after 3 months.
    • Request resource (path) — We use this to provide you with information for debugging purposes and we use this for logging and rate limiting purposes.
    • Request method — We use this to provide you with information for debugging purposes.
    • Request headers — We use this to provide you with information for debugging purposes.
    • Request body — We use this to provide you with information for debugging purposes.

    • The last 4 digits of your IBAN — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • The name to which this bank account belongs to — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • Your country retrieved from Stripe — We use this to determine the appropriate VAT rate(s). (In this case, always the Netherlands).
  • SOFORT
    • Your bank's name — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • Your bank's BIC — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • The last 4 digits of your IBAN — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.

  • P24 (Przelewy24)
    • The payment reference by P24 — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • The name to which the account belongs to — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • Your country retrieved from Stripe — We use this to determine the appropriate VAT rate(s). (In this case, always Poland).
  • EPS Überweisung
    • The payment reference by EPS — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • The name to which the account belongs to — We use this to display it on your receipt and for our billing records.
    • Your country retrieved from Stripe — We use this to determine the appropriate VAT rate(s). (In this case, always Austria).

When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or enter information on our site or when you trade with any of our bots.

How do we protect your information?
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

You may request a copy of all the data we have from you by raising a support ticket.

Deletion and correction of information
You may request us to delete or correct your data by raising a support ticket. Please keep in mind that not everything can be deleted, such as billing records (which we are required to store for at least 10 years), your public Steam ID64 and the trades you have completed with our bots.
